At Exhale, you don’t have to choose between Swedish or relaxation or deep tissue massage. I do what I’ve coined “Deep Swedish” massage, incorporating long fluid rhythmic strokes for relaxation along with deep tissue or pressure point therapy for those areas where tightness occurs. The point is to induce a nice relaxation while reducing your pain points. This is totally customized to your personal needs.

- $95 for 1 ½ hours
- $145 for 2 hours
